UNDERSTANDING THE WHY, WHAT AND HOW?
  • You can create and attempt to implement awesome policies, processes, systems and practices but if your managers and staff do not engage with 'why' they are relevant, 'what' they are expected to do and 'how' they are expected to do it, successful implementation is unlikely.
